As discussed on the 2nd - we will be discussing the book - The 4:8 Principle by Tommy Newberry - How to live a Joy filled life! It was a book of the month at ELC and on the Wild Women Book List in 2009. It is a QUICK read - I read it on the plane home to CA in 3 hours. So get it and read it if you choose - it will make for a much better discussion.

Food theme is LIGHT - salads, etc. The girls said back to diet type food.....so bring some salads, fruit and low fat treats.
