BRRC members have a great time running the water stop along Key Highway on the Baltimore Marathon course. If you are not racing but want a unique way to enjoy The Baltimore Running Festival, come join in!
We need a couple dozen people to assist setting up the waterstop, handing out water, Gatorade and GU, and cleaning up afterward. Volunteers should report by 7:30am. We expect to finish by 11:30am. Volunteers receive a t-shirt for their efforts from the Baltimore Running Festival organizers.
This activity can provide community service hours for students in your family.
There will be traffic restrictions downtown that morning, so please leave early enough to avoid getting stuck. We will be on Key Highway near the intersection with East Cross Street. This location is in front of the Harborview development. Directions can be obtained using this Google Maps link.
