About NJ Bartenders Association
For more than 20 years, NJBA has been a leader in bartender training and placement. The objective of our training program is for you to leave here feeling confident, prepared, fully certified, and ready to work.

We provide complete hands on training in a REAL BAR. Our students train using real bar equipment, real beer taps, real soda guns, real glassware, real ice machines, real working bar sinks, and real bottles with their original labels.

As a student, we'll train you to do everything a real bartender does on a daily basis. You'll not only learn how to mix drinks and serve customers, you'll also learn how to set up and stock the bar and clean up and break it down.

And once you're certified, you'll be able to take advantage of our free, lifetime job placement - available only to NJBA members.
