What a way to cool down on a HOT summer day! Back by popular demand, the URSAMEN will be tubing down the Farmington River for the first time since 2007!!

Cost is $20 per person (cash only)

Wear a bathing suit and/or shorts, a long sleeve light T-shirt, or socks with the ends cut off to slip over your arms (to prevent chafing from the tube), and something to protect your feet - old sneakers, water shoes, or wetsuit boots. Don't wear heavy boots or sandals that may slip off. Leave all unecessary items you don't want to lose at home (eyeglasses, watches, rings, jewelry, favorite hats).

Changing houses and restroom facilities are available. Lifeguards are posted at the second set of rapids (the largest set) to assist in the event of an emergency. The rest of the river is unattended. You will be asked to sign a waiver and release of liability for yourself before tubing down the river.

$20 per ride, per person, includes rental of a specially designed river tube, a personal floatation device (lifejacket), a shuttle bus ride from the take-out point back to the starting point, and all the sun & fun you can pack into your ride. Cash only.
