Take time out of your hectic holiday season to unwind and rejuvenate yourself with yoga by candlelight.

The yoga will be led by Arlene Schauer Wu, Katherine Kozioziemski, Kate Mackinnon, , and Michelle Borrero and will be designed to suit varied levels of yoga.

Please bring:

- a yoga mat or large beach towel

- blanket

- water

Please wear clothes you can easily move in.

The yoga session will be about an 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

MEMBERSHIP: This meeting is free for members, as well as for first time visitors to Tri-Valley HMN. If you've already been to an HMN meeting and would like to attend this meeting, please join our group!

CHILDREN: Children are welcome to our meetings and breastfeeding is encouraged! Please bear in mind, though, that we often have guest speakers at our monthly meetings and need to provide an environment that allows for everyone to hear and be heard. If your child's joyful noise is preventing others from hearing, we do ask that you step to the back or out of the room as need be.

SET UP AND CLEAN UP ANGELS NEEDED: We are requesting that every HMN member that attends meetings please sign up to set up or clean up after at least one meeting a year. Set up angels should arrive at 6:30pm; clean up angels will leave approx. 20 minutes after everyone leaves the meeting space (9:30ish). If you can help before or after this meeting, please indicate this on your evite response. Thank you.
