Why should kids have all the fun? You need recess too, don't you? A little time away from the hustle and worry of day to day living? Treat yourself to a mini-vacation and rediscover the power of play.
Using finger paint, guided visualizations, & music you get a space where you can get reacquainted with your joyful, creative self. Get your hands dirty and your mind clear. Practice being totally in the moment, effortlessly, freely, joyfully.
Absolutely no artisitic ability required (but if you have some we'll let you play too). Everything you need is provided, even an oversized shirt to wear as a coverup (and to provide that kindergarten feeling). Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on. The cover ups don't cover everything, and not all the paints will wash out.
Cost: $25 per person. Pay at the door or register and pay on line at www.joyinhand.com/Registration.html
Can't make it this month? Mark your calendar for November 21 for the next playdate.
