Local782 was established to bring awareness, support, and innovation to San Antonio’s music community—uniting musicians to create opportunity by organizing, educating, and performing. Texas MEP believes that fighting for a fair media system cannot be separate from making the world a more just and equitable place.
For many of us in San Antonio, local media has been equally exciting and frustrating with the variety of ways to raise awareness, engage new audiences, and build community. We have organized this local-to-local panel of San Antonio based media professionals to support the growth of our community, and to create a space for participants to engage in a media skills building experience.
