The BRRC Billy Goat Series enters its eleventh year with the Super Bowl Trail Races. The course is a five mile loop you can do once or twice for a 5 or 10 mile race. The terrain is trail, grass and one or two small inclines ( hee, hee ). This is a great way to put a pre-emptive strike on the amount of garbage calories you might eat at your Super Bowl party. Cromwell Valley park is one mile outside beltway on Cromwell Bridge Rd. Take Willow Grove farm entrance to park, not the Sherwood House entrance.
