The Two-Person 10 Mile Relay will be Saturday, 8/1 at 8:00AM at the Loch Raven High School track. Registration is race-morning only, at the venue, beginning at 7:15AM.
This unique event will be held on the quarter mile track at Loch Raven HS. Relay partners alternate running one mile each until the team has completed 10 miles. Pacing will not be allowed, and you can fully rest while your partner runs.
Race Director Jim Adams will be coordinating team matching for unattached runners on race morning, so come on down even if you don't bring a partner.
Extreme heat cancelled this event several times when it was held in the evening. Moving to the morning was successful last year, and we do not anticipate any problems this year. However, please consult the BRRC Hotline and website before the event in case health or safety issues effect the event.
The cost is $2 for members and $6 for non-members.
