The General Membership meeting will be held Thursday, December 3, 2009 in the cafeteria of Loch Raven High School. Officers will report to the members, officers and Board members will be elected for 2010, and awards will be presented to Grand Prix Series winners. Additionally, the following important topics are on the agenda:
- Treasurer’s Report
- Year in Review
- Vote: Proposed increase in membership dues: $25 individual/$30 family
- Vote: Proposed revision of the number of delegates to serve on the Board of Directors from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 7.
- Vote: Change Grand Prix Series rules to require volunteering at one BRRC event during the year in addition to completing the required number of races.
