Meeting was excellent! Very good topics and discussion by all those present. Thanks to the Round Table facilitators -- Mike, Kim, and Stan did a great job! Those of you who could not attend -- you missed a very good meeting! See you next time.

I enjoyed the meeting with the three round table sessions. It allowed me to see the different dimensions of the organization.

The format for the evening will include three concurrent roundtable sessions on three separate topics. The sessions will be 30-35 minutes of moderated discussion followed by 5-10 minutes for each group to pull together a recap to share with the entire group. Each group will be given up to 10 minutes to share the recap. Flip charts and pens will be provided.


Thank you to everyone that emailed back with their ideas on what they want to learn at our meetings. Based on the responses, we will have the following discussions:


1) Internal Audits and Self Assessment moderated by Andy Anderson

2) How to Identify and Break Down Issues into Manageable Pieces moderated by Stan Dunn

3) Hot to Promote NPMA, Our Chapter and Ourselves

moderated by Kim Kaheler

Location: Coco's Restaurant and Bakery at 1206 Oakmead Parkway, Sunnyvale right off of US 101 and Lawrence Expressway.


Meals: will be off the menu and separate bills are available. The room is offered free of charge, so a nominal purchase if you prefer not to eat would be appreciated. 5:30-6:00 will be time for ordering meals and networking, with the meeting itself beginning at 6:00.


Scholarships:

If you are in need of financial aid for anything related to Property Management, your request should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event. Requests within 60 days of an event are usually denied.

Reminder: NES 2010 starts 6/14, so you need that application in by 4/14 at the latest. The NPMA National contact to write requesting aid is: Richard Wolfe - email richard.wolfe@Boeing.com; applications are available www.npma.org/Pages/FoundationPolicies.htm after logging in to the member area.
