Bonjour Brainy Buddies!
Welcome to the 2nd weekly installment of Pub Quiz Trivia at Monaghan's in the Marina on Mondays.
Even with only a tiny bit of advance notice we had a good turnout last Monday 7/21 and scored well. The $3 drink specials luckily didn't cloud our minds too much. 
Join in the fun in the weeks to come. Show up as close to 8pm as you can (goes 'til ~10:30). Friends always welcome--the more brainpower the better! (Add their names to this invite so they'll get my weekly reminders).
The team name is Hercule Poirot. He's the famous Belgian detective from Agatha Christie's novels who always used his "little gray cells" to solve mysteries. I want our team to use its impressive array of gray matter to solve these trivia brainteasers.
Currently the "tournaments" are non-competitive other than $50 in drink credit at Monaghan's that goes to the 1st place team.

Also, Team Hiccups qualified for the Championship and placed 6th out of 37 teams from across the whole Bay Area!! Way to go Kevin, Chet, Graham, Randy & Kurt!!
