2012 IATLH Annual General Body Meeting

63rd Indian Republic Day Observance:

IATLH invites all the members of the community to attend the 63rd Indian Republic Day observance, on Saturday, Jan 28th, 2012 (2.00 pm) at the Meeting Room A+B at the Leon County Public Library Main Branch (Downtown). The Chief Guest for Republic Day Observance is Mr. Santh Kumar, IPS (retired)

Following events are planned:

• 1. Introduction of the Chief Guest
• 2. Unfurling of Indian and American Flags
• 3. Singing of two National Anthems
• 4. Address by the Chief Guest
• 5. Singing of patriotic songs by members

Please contact any of the Executive Committee members if you are interested in performing (vocal, instrumental, and combination) song/music with a patriotic theme. Due to limitation on time and location we can accommodate 3 song/music numbers. Selection of items will be based on the order of e-mail receipt (President.iatlh@gmail.com). Thank you.

2012 IATLH Annual General Body Meeting:

2012 Annual General Body Meeting will follow the Republic Day Observance.

Following is the Agenda for the AGM:

• Report on the events during the past year 2011
• Report on the financial status of the Association FY 2011
• Introduction of new Executive Committee and Trustee
• Handing over the reins to the new committee

New team's agenda:

• Welcome message from President
• Introductory statements from EC members and Trustee
• Questions and Answers from members and executive committee

If members would like to bring up specific issues, please let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate everyone within the allocated time.

All may attend the AGM but, comments and voting if any, will be restricted to IATLH members only.

Prize distribution for Art Contest Winners:

Prizes will be distributed to the winners of the Art Contest (held earlier in the afternoon) following the AGM.
