Come celebrate the release of the late María Mercedes Carranza’s Song of the Flies [An Account of the Events], a bilingual edition of her most moving poems, translated by Margarita Millar.

Join us to honor and remember one of Colombia’s best poets of our time, and her efforts to bring peace to her country.

Wine and hors d’oeuvres beginning at 6:00 p.m., presentation and poetry reading at 6:30 p.m.
