An entertainment extravaganza, consisting of dances, songs and skits by the members of India Association and their families. The event will be inaugurated by Jackie Pons, Supintendent of Leon County Schools.

All participant families MUST have a current (i.e. 2008) IATLH membership. Non-members can become members by filling out a membership form available at www.iatlh.org/member/membership.html and submitting the form along with the annual membership fees ($30). Coordinators are responsible for making sure that everyone who participates has paid the membership dues.*** AS ALWAYS ADMISSION IS FREE *** and there is plenty of room in the auditorium so please feel free to invite your friends and families to the show.
The India Association once again requests your participation to make this event a success. We are encouraging coordinators and/or volunteers to help us with all aspects of event planning, so please do email the executive committee (vicepresident.iatlh@gmail.com) if you are wiling to spend some time 'behind the scenes' helping us in any of the following areas:
- Stage and Program
- Logistics
- Refreshments, etc
Please remember that the program WILL START @ 4 PM SHARP. Since the program is going to be long, IATLH has arranged for sale of pre-packed snacks during the intermission as follows:
** Samosa Pack - 2 Samosas & 1 drink - $5/-
** Pizza Pack - 2 Pizza Slices and 1 drink - $5/-
** Sammie Pack - 1 Vegetarian or NonVeg Sammie plus Chips and 1 drink - $5
In order to get a reliable demand estimate, we would like to request you to pre-order any of the above items through your item coordinator (if you are a participant) or with the executive committee to ensure that these can be delivered in an efficient manner.

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
We would like to announce a photography competition for its members. All entries must be emailed to contest.iatlh@gmail.com with “Photograph” in the subject line. This contest will be judged in two separate groups:
1. 12 – 18 years of age – Photograph theme/topic “Nature”
2. Adults – Photograph theme/topic – “People”
First, second and third prizes will be awarded within each group and winners will be announced on November 15th during Glimpses. Entries will be judged for creativity and originality. Please remember that contest is limited to current members of IATLH. Any entry that is submitted must include the following declaration in the body of the email and include the contestant’s name and a caption,
“I hereby certify that the photo I am about to submit is my original work and has never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted, that I am the sole copyright owner. I am entering this photo as an honest and true effort of my personal creativity and unique artistic vision, and I understand that it will be published on the Internet as my original work and under my own copyright. I understand that my submission will be reviewed before it is accepted for the contest. If my photo is offensive, artificially enhanced, a studio image, animation/artwork, or of poor image quality, then it may be disqualified.
I have read and agree to these Terms as stated above”
