Loudon Height Trail

This is a harder hike so please be ready to hike up and up and up. Do not come on this one unless you are in pretty good shape and hopefully by this time you are:)

Let's meet at the river access parking lot in Harpers Ferry.

From Frederick: Take 340 west towards Harpers Ferry and once you have crossed over the Shenandoah River make a right onto Shenandoah Street. The parking lot is directly on your right hand side.

From Charles Town: Take 340 east towards Harpers Ferry. The safest route is to turn left onto Washington St (like you were going to my office) and go all the way down into Harpers Ferry. Once at the bottom of the hill turn right onto Shenandoah Street. Drive though town and back towards 340. The parking area will be on your left under the bridge.

If you would like to meet me at the office and car pool to the bridge let me know. This is a easy trail but one of my favorites.
