Andy Kapur is a licensed California CPA with Big 4 experience specializing in FAS 109 and global tax management with over 15 years of multinational tax experience for publicly traded companies. Formerly Head of Global Tax at Natus Medical in San Carlos (NASDAQ symbol 'BABY'), he completed many international acquisitions totaling over $150M. His current tax practice specializes in small businesses and individuals.
