Team 1, we are up..... Please RSVP to this invite so we know you are planning on serving or update the comments if you have a replacement. (this applies to those who are listed below on the weekly schedule or anyone who can fill an open slot - if you are not up and not planning on serving this is just informational for you and you can RSVP "NO" with no comment needed). If those on the team have not responded by Tuesday, your Captain will be contacting you.
This is our new form of team communication so please look for an evite like this every Sunday - Tori will be sending it out if you have any changes that you want to send her prior to Sunday for the following week or updates/notes that you would like added to the email please let her know.
Please remember that the call time for all members of the team is 1 hour prior to service - 6pm on Wed, 5pm on Sat and 8am on Sunday. This is requested so you can prepare your area, practice the flow and get all the details for the service. The camera team will also meet with their director and sketch out the camera shots they will be using.
You can always go to the Media Wiki for updated information, song lyrics, videos, previous service videos, updated schedules and team rosters. If for some reason you are having trouble with it contact your captain or Ivan Sifton. The link is:

Cameras - we now have a 6th handheld that is not on the schedule - a great way for the auxilary team to get back in the rotation, you do not have to serve the weekly schedule and are able to work just one service. Please update the comments section if you would like to fill one of those slots or if you are able to fill an open weekly slot. Please remember to always wear black and no shorts (especially when on handheld and on the stage).
