Clarification on Time, Distance & Speed:
- There is NO TARGET END POINT or target distance. The route will support a short walk to the Catamaran and back, or a long blade.
- Some of the attendees want to exercise for 45 or 60 minutes instead of 90 minutes. These people should arrive around 8:00 AM, so that they can RETURN to the SCHMOOZE at 9:00 AM.
- 9:00 AM is the key time for the morning. Plan your route, and your "turn around time" so that you return to the SCHMOOZE around 9:00 AM.
- With the variety of speeds within groups of bladers, bikers, walkers & runners, we do NOT expect the groups to stay together. You may choose to move in a pack, or proceed at your own pace, depending on who you want to exercise with.
