I had no idea the city departments weren't audited every year. Doing that
should be the first order of business. If it is true that we are not collecting
millions of dollars in taxes we could, beefing that up is a no-brainer.
We should support the city parks thru a levy and add to the admissions tax for
the two stadiums (stadia?) We should cut both police and fire by 10%. Remember, the police chief did not want the latest personnel increase. He should know.
