Bring your family, friends, dog (there is a great dog park) and join us to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Lone Star Veterans Association and First Annual Softball Tournament. The event will kickoff at 10 a.m. with the first softball game and door prizes. The FREE barbeque lunch will be served at 12 noon and the festivities will continue all afternoon with more prizes, a washers and horseshoe tournament, a 42 tournament, games for children, a special visit from the Houston Fire Department and Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia. All veterans who have served since 9/11, their families and friends are invited to attend and celebrate this milestone together with fellow brothers and sisters-in-arms who have returned to live and work in our great city! Lone Star Veterans Association is the first and largest grassroots membership organization for Post 9/11 veterans in Texas so sign up to be a member and RSVP today!
