In early 2008, I began writing “a book about networking.” It evolved, developed, and eventually became Connecting: Beyond the Name Tag. Almost two years and many revisions later, the first edition is completed and ready for sale. It is my sincere hope that this book can help many people from a variety of backgrounds to make meaningful and mutually beneficial connections.
To celebrate the publication of Connecting, we are having a launch party and book signing. The event will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Ca’Brea Restaurant, 346 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles 90036 (at 4th Street) at 7 p.m. I hope you can share this event with me. There will be NO name tags.
*We have reserved the entire upstairs of the restuarant so feel free to bring guests. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served.

DIRECTIONS: (From the 10 Freeway)Take the 10 Santa Monica Freeway to La Brea exit. Go north about 2 1/2 miles, crossing Wilshire. It is on the right (east side of the street). It's a three story brownish building just north of 4th St.
(From the 101 Freeway)Take the 101 Ventura Freeway to Highland exit. Go south about 3 miles, take a right at W. 3rd Street and a left at La Brea. It is on the left (east side of the street). It's a three story brownish building just north of 4th St.
