Presidentials arrive on the 14th - in time for a dinner meeting.
Globals need to arrive on the 14th - so that you are there by the beginning of the Global event that Starts on the 15th at 10 am.
Everyone else the opening will start at 7 pm on Thursday. If you can not arrive by 4 pm on the 15th AM you might want to fly in on the 14th)
