IATLH invites all the members of the community to attend the Republic Day celebrations, on Saturday, Jan 23rd, 2010 (2.00 pm) at the Leon County Public Library Main Branch (Downtown).
Following events are planned.
1. Hoisting of Indian and American Flags
2. Singing of two National Anthems
3. Singing of a few patriotic songs by members
Annual General Body Meeting for the year 2009 will follow the Republic Day Celebrations
Following is the Agenda for the AGM.
1. Report on the achievements of the outgoing executive committee during their term
2. Report on the events during the year 2009
3. Report on the financial status of the Association
4. Introduction of the incoming team
5. Incoming President's inaugural address
All may attend the AGM but, comments and voting if any, will be restricted to IATLH members only.
