Do you crave sugar? Do you like sweet treats? Do you wish you didn't? There's no better place or time to start this journey, then at the next HMN meeting. Our guest speaker will be Gerrie Tribble, Naturopath, Herb Specialist.
The discussion will include: why we crave sugar, what effect sugar has on our adrenal glands, pancreas, PMS and overall fatigue. Additionally, a handout listing 59 ways that sugar ruins your health will be provided.
Gerrie will also advise us on how we can balance our blood sugar with greens, candida cleanse and balancing our pH. When in balance, we can experience more energy, better sleep and mental clarity.
Gerrie has her own practice in the Tri-Valley. Her philosophy includes empowering the patient to improve her health, energize her life, and better cope with life's stresses. Besides discussions about maintaining nutritional needs, eliminating toxins and managing stress; the focus of our meeting will be information about how we can make better food choices by avoiding sugar.
So please come join us for another fascinating talk.
