D.I.V.I.N.E Leaders,
We have the awesome opportunity to serve at Leadership Weekend on Friday Night (only) We are only pulling from you, the leaders who are attending. This is a honor to check in all the other leaders that make the teams run as fabulous as they do.
We will be using a check list, not kiosk to check everyone it. We will have 2 tables set up in the lobby facing the main entrance. I would like 3 at each table, so 6 total. This may be overkill but I would rather it be too much then not enough. The first 6 who respond will get the priveledge to serve.
Please arrive promptly at 6:15. No DIVINE shirts are required. Also, there will be no shirts given out at this event. Name tags and pens will be placed in the sanctuary at the tables. Please advise the participants of this when they check in.
