Normal Street will not be normal tonight! The streets will be filled with people showing off their elaborate Halloween costumes and mingling about in entertaining fashion. You're welcome to come with or without a costume to enjoy the festivities of food, cocktails, and a fun costume contest. Cost is 5.00.
