As a partner in our shared mission, please join Health Care for the Homeless as we dedicate publicly our new award-winning 421 Fallsway facility – to be named for Harry and Jeanette Weinberg. Help us share our appreciation for the many committed individuals, foundations, corporations, public officials, and other community partners who made possible our new home and who help us deliver more comprehensive services to our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
