This program was a good review of the existing or recent FOP programs. I think that it is our responsibility as dietitians to educate our clients on matters such as these. As commented last night, granted our clients may not be aware of the different systems out there but I think it is our job to inform them and yes make comments so that that if they choose to utilitize the information, that they interpret it correctly so that they are able to make better food choices.

The information presented by Ms. Kurman was very timely and useful, and I enjoyed participating in the question/comment session that followed.
