We often refer to the Knowledge Cafe as a Round Table Discussion on steroids. Unlike the Round Table Discussions where there is 1 'leader' or 'expert' at each table, at Knowledge Cafe's each person at the table is an expert. As a small group, collectivity the table develops an idea that can be incorporated into your business TODAY and is shared with the larger group at the end.
