For the past few days, the deluxe fonts seem to not work at all for me. (All the other fonts work fine.) Sun 6/29/08

Hi Mike,

I haven't been able to reproduce the problem you are describing- when I try to load any of the deluxe fonts, they are all working as expected.

Can you provide the following:

Browser:
Browser version:
Operating System:
Flash Version (right click on any youtube video to find it):

Thanks,
Larry

Hey there!

Here's an example event:
www.socializr.com/event/846948659

I'm using the Army font.

Browser is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0

Flash version is 10,0,1,218.

I'm running Windows Vista. I just noticed the problem doesn't seem to be happening in IE on the same system.

Looks like there might be a compatibility problem with Firefox 3.

Thanks for reporting this Mike.

Hi Mike,

I tried the Flash 10 plugin, and the deluxe fonts definitely do not work. However it looks like Flash 10 is still in beta, which is probably why it's not working yet. You should try downgrading to Flash 9 for the time being.

Heya Mike,

It turns out the issue is your version of Flash, not Firefox 3.

Flash 10 is still a pre-release version. The official version has not been released by Adobe yet.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention- we'll have to make sure to test things out once Flash 10 is officially released.

Cheers,
Larry

Howdy... Flash 10 is now public and in production. (And Firefox 3 has obviously been out for a long time.) This is still not working. Really should check this out. Mon 10/27/08
