Sends me around in circles trying to accept an invite.
I got an invite. Clicked on it. Said it was private and I needed to login or create an account. Created an account, including the email to which the invite was sent. Now I click on the invite, I get 'You have clicked on an invitation link sent to xxx@yyy.com. This email address is not registered with your account on Socializr.'Please Log Out from this account to use that link, or add that email address to your account. (You can add multiple email addresses to your Socializr account.) Well, xxx@yyy.com *is* registered to my account. And sure enough if I click the 'add that email' choice, it eventually tells me xxx@yyy.com is already registered. Dead end. But if I log out instead and then click on the invite, I get the invite page. I click on 'RSVP' and I get 'That email address belongs to a member. Please Login first.'. Dead end. I seem to be in a maze of twisty little passages, all different. I suppose I could try deleting my account and sacrificing a chicken... |
