On 'response tracker' all invites show being SENT, but half of them have not been OPENED. It's very UNlike my friends not to open a party invitation! They don't show up in bounced messages... do I assume the recipient just hasn't gotten around to opening, or might the invitation be lost in cyberspace? (I know I'm obsessing here, but I don't want to find out later that someone didn't get the invite.)
btw, this feedback feature is great! Makes socializr very user friendly. Thanks! |

We regularly monitor several hundred mailboxes worldwide across dozens of email providers and are not experiencing any problems with inbox delivery.
Most likely your no response guests just haven't opened the email yet. If you need the responses faster than they are coming in, you can use the 'Send message to guests' feature to give your non responders a little nudge. |
