As noted by the Tole Family, I too looked at my master list and observed a lot have not appeared to have opened the email invitation yet. HOWEVER, some of those guests with no information DID reply to me and mentioned that they CANNOT make it, but when I look at the master list again it does not say anything above their name as to whether they have viewed the email or not. So, at this point, those that do not have any information as to whether they have viewed it or not AND have not responded to me makes me unsure whether they have actually received it or not. HELP. Hi Jay,

Your question is a very good one, and there's a very simple answer:

Some email software applications can be set to block our ability to track the opens, which is why you have guests who appear to have not opened their emailed invitation, yet have responded.

The date viewed above each guest in the guest list view is the date that guest viewed the invitation on the Socializr website, not an email opened date.

We regularly monitor several hundred email boxes worldwide for delivery, and are not experiencing any delivery problems. A full 100% of the emails we monitor receive messages from our servers directly to the inbox (not spam or bulk).
