I love Socializr! This is my first time using it and it was overall fantastic, but a few guests encountered issues opening the invitation. See below:

1) The invitation was sent to a spam folder in one person's hotmail account, but it was sent directly to the inbox of another's hotmail account. Obviously this is a huge issue if all guests aren't receiving the invitation in their inbox.
2) Also, two guests replied that they couldn't get the RSVP to work so they had to email me separately.

Are you addressing these kinds of issues? I'd much rather use your forum than evite, but I want all my guests to receive/use the invitations sans issues. Thanks.

Hi Stephanie,

We regularly monitor several hundred email boxes worldwide for inbox delivery and are not aware of any delivery problems. At our last test, a full 100% of invites sent were delivered directly to the inbox (not bulk or spam).

Some email services can be set so that any incoming email from a sender not already in the user's address book gets routed to the spam/bulk folder. This may have been what happened with your guest reporting that outcome.

Do you have any more details about the guests that couldn't RSVP? We will certainly look into it.

I had a number of people also tell me that they tried to RSVP but were unable to do so. They then emailed me directly. Have you done usability testing? Tue 7/8/08

Hi Laura,

Can you provide any more details about the experience your guests had?

Do you know if they were invited directly, or if someone forwarded the email invitation on to them?

Any additional info you can provide is appreciated.
