I've tried to upload my own image but it has to be a JPG or GIF. I can't find the 'Customize Event' section so that I can change the Image. I have tried the change main image option but it doesn't allow me to chg the text. I need 'Mau Loa' instead of 'Mahalo' on the two Hawaiian drinks. Thanks! |

Hi Vina,
It sounds like you are looking to use a personalizable image. You can add a personalizable image to your event by clicking on the 'Extras' link in the right-hand host menu on the event page. Then click on 'Personalizable Images' and select the image you wish to customize. The image that you are using now for your event is not personalizable, hence you cannot change the text in the image. It sounds like you've tried to upload your own image you did not have a jpeg or gif. You can use a tool like Photoshop or MS Paint to convert your image to JPG or GIF. Here are the steps to convert an image file (.BMP, .TIF, .PNG, .GIF) to .JPG: 1. Find your image file, right-click on it and open with Paint. 2. From the menu, click File, Save As, and change Save as type to JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF) 3. Click Save 4. Close Microsoft Paint and delete or archive your old file since you now have a JPG version. cheers, Boris |
