Evite and the Facebook event system allow you to designate people to have permission to invite other people. Is this available in the socializr system? Mon 7/7/08

I have the same question. I added 2 friends under Account>Add an email but it didn't seem to work. Now when I invite those people, I get the email (as the primary address) and they don't show up on the guest list. I need to be able to share this account with other admins too.

Yeah, I'm assuming there's a way to do it. All other systems have had this feature built in from the beginning. If not, is there some kind of easy workaround besides having to manually collect all addresses from your friends each time. Tue 7/8/08

Adding an email to your account allows you to link multiple email accounts (personal, work, etc...) to your Socializr account. This way when someone sends you an invitation to any email, you will receive it in one place.

Malcolm and Michelle, if you are looking to allow people to invite others to your event, this feature is already available. If you said yes to the 'OK for guests to invite others' option, then any guest can invite other guests to your event.

If you are looking to allow certain designated individuals to edit the details of the event and manage the guestlist, this is a feature that we will be adding in the future, so stay tuned.

I found the little link for others to add invites. Thanks. Of course restricted permissions would be key, but this is fine for now.
