A guest thought his invitation was spam and blocked Socializr emails. He now knows that was not true but doesn't know how to unblock Socializr emails.
Thanks for your help. |

Did he block you as a sender or put himself on our global blacklist? |

I'm not sure. Please tell me what he can do in both situations.
Thanks. |

If he has blocked you, he would be able to view the people he is blocking and unblock any of them if he wanted. If he actually put himself on our global blacklist, despite the warnings, that is a bit harder. In that case, he would need to email us directly. |

HOW does a guest view the people he is blocking? HOW does he unblock them? I have several guests who want to do this but don't know how... and they do not have a socializr account.
also - HOW does a guest email you directly? (what is your email address?) thanks |

A non-member can click on the blocking link at the bottom of any email they receive from Socializr to view the list of people they are blocking and un-block someone if they want. |

but what if they've already BLOCKED my socializr emails, and now decided they don't want to have me blocked?
in theory, they are not even GETTING emails from socializr - - - so how can they click on the blocking link at the bottom of a socializr email, to unblock me? |

They would have to click on an old invite email, or on a block link in a future Socializr email they receive from a different sender. |
