I CANNOT IMPORT MY OUTLOOK LISTS, SAYS IT ISN'T A CSV FILE, YET IT DOES HAVE A OUTLOOK BUTTON TO CLICK ON TO IMPORT NAMES?

I went into outlook, created my email list, saved it of course, then went back to Socializr and tried to import the names (through the Outlook link)
and it said they are not in a CSV file??? Yet it looks like it is indeed a csv file. I am confused now, and had to go in and enter each one individually, which I was attempting to not have to do. Your help would be really welcomed. Thanks |

The message about CSV file is what you would see if you selected Import from CSV file, not import from Outlook. You dont need to create or save a list to use the Outlook importer, so I'm a bit confused as to what steps you are following. |
