Hello,
We have had about a dozen people say they cannot RSVP to our event. They are getting this message :'That email address was already invited to this event. To RSVP, please click on the link in your email invitation'. We have included the events URL in several of our emails to our customers. Why can't they RSVP from the event URL link? Do they have to go back to their original invitation to RSVP to the event? If so, is there a way to make it so they can respond from the event's URL link, because we sent that original email quite a while ago, and it seems like a big hassel for them to have to go back to it to RSVP. Let me know what we can do to reroute this problem. Thanks! |

It sounds like you might have taken on individual guest's personal invite code and sent that to a bunch of people, which would not work. If your event is private, and you wish to let people RSVP via a URL, instead of sending them their own personal invites via email, you can do this by clicking on Private Event URL and using the URL from that page. |
