There is a perosn in our organization's address book who is not receiving invitations. He doesn't even show up on the guest list and I tried inviting him several times. I logged out as reconnected under my personal account (I am on the guest list), I sent him an invitation and he received it, and he showed up in the guest list as 'not responded' (which is expected).
He should have showed up as 'not responded' when the account that created the event sent him the invitation. This happens with any event we have. I deleted his entry from our address book and re-added him, and the same behavior persists. Could there be a bug? |

I am guessing he has chosen to block one of your emails. |

| I don't think that would explain why he doesn't show up on any of the invitation lists. The system says it sent it, but I don't even see him in the list where you can adjust individual responses. Do you think there could be a problem with his account? |

I've had this same issue, especially with Yahoo based emails. Confirmed they weren't in spam and also not being blocked (and as you point out, that wouldn't explain not showing in the response tracking segment). System counts them as sent in initial distro, but nothing thereafter. Haven't found remedy, but can confirm it occurs. |

If they don't show up on the Socializr guest list, that does indeed sound like a case where that person has chosen to block your email address via Socializr. |
