Hello,
We are a nonprofit organization that works in nursing homes. We used this invitation as a way to have people sign up for our Bowl-A-Thon. It says our sending limit is 1000. However, I created a new event and only sent it to two people and now when I try to send it to another it says we have reached our limit. We have 1 spam complaint and six people have blocked us. How can I resolve this? Thank you! |

We do have an account with Constant Contact - so I will explore your connection with them. Is it possible, just for this event, to expand our sending limit to 1500 - just so the folks I sent the invite to can invite their friends?

I am having the same type of problem. We are the KD Alumnae Association of Orlando, FL. We have 703 ladies on our mailing list and have had no problems sending out event invites before. I just tried to send out the invite for our next event on Oct. 15 and it's saying my limit is 1000 but I'm only trying to send to 703 people. What can I do?
The invite needs to go out asap. |
