I find the address book does not work the way I think it should. I have three lists, Members, Non-Members and lapsed members. The Main list is not used. This allows us to select the list we want to use by membership status. Each time we send an invitation it appears that all those names get added to Main. Followup messages are then duplicated to everyone who got the first message.
How can we either delete Main or keep it empty? Thanks, Paul |

There is a checkbox that let's you control whether you want to add new emails to your main address book list. You can uncheck this when you invite people. |
