i changed the first names in my address book so that only the kids invited would be named, but it defaulted back to parents names that no longer are even in my address book! how do i fix this??? |

If you are talking about how the names in a guest list show up, they are not automatically affected by changes to a personal address book. When guests RSVP, they actually can control how they want their name to show up, but personalizing the name for someone's email per event is not possible. |
