I was looking at the event statistics for my recent event and there were two spam complaints and one blocked. Can you tell me more about this? How do I determine who the spam complaints were from so I don't send notices to these people in the future (this is for a school). How many complaints would shut it down? Is this something that happens automatically or does a person have to designate it as spam, complain or block? Thanks. |

Please see your Sender Info page (this can also be found under 'Account'):
www.socializr.com/senderinfo These complaints or blocks are not automatic, someone you invited hit 'block' or the spam button, to cause this. |

Hi, Jonathan. Yes, I did see that. Can I find out who designated it as SPAM? (I saw who designated it as 'blocked'). Thanks. |

Anyone who designates your message as spam will also be blocking you, and shown in that list, unless they have chosen to not let you see who they are. |
