Seems kind of odd that when one clicks 'Help,' one is taken to a page with a list of previously asked questions that are not organized coherently. Listing posts chronologically, as the help section is organized now, doesn't provide any guidance on where an answer might lie.
Easy fix is to add a help-specific search bar to the 'Help' page. Even better (but probably more work-intensive for the socializr staff) would be to organize the posts into some kind of table of contents. I'm too impatient to scroll through all the posts trying to find one that deals with not having a help search bar :-) so apologies if I'm repeating someone's request! |

Right now, if you go to the general forums page here: www.socializr.com/forums you can search through the forums.
But now you can search everywhere! |
