Need means to export comments with guest list

Roman T.	It is a necessary feature to export comments along with the guest list 'Yes' and 'Maybes' since this is the only means I have found of adding guest names. This is useful when sending out guest lists for events where all guest names are required... instead of the usual '+ number of guests'. Is there a way to do this in Socializr? Roman T.	An additional feature would be for respondents to enter the full names of all guests instead of the simple '+1 or +2... etc'. Then when exporting the guest list one would have the full list of guests. It would be nice if the guest names also could be initially listed under their invitee.	Mon 6/16/08 12:57 PM

Hi Roman, From what I understand, you're trying to make sure that there's a full name associated with every name on your guestlist, and you want to be able to print/export that full list, correct? Another way you can achieve this is to set 'Can guests bring additional people?' to NO in the event options, this disables the +1, +2...However, make sure that the 'OK for guests to invite others?' is set to YES. Then ask your invitees to invite their friends directly to the event. When guests RSVP, they have to enter their first and last name. Hence, this would be a way to have a separate guestlist entry for each guest. Let me know if that is clear and would solve the problem you described, Boris	Mon 6/16/08 4:01 PM
Account Cancelled	This fix has been applied to the site. Guest comments are now included with the rest of the exported information as an additional column.	Tue 6/24/08 3:23 PM
