Several of we event promoters were looking to join forces and hold a joint party. Each would add his/her Address Book to the event.
However we were concerned that the 'Event Initialisor' would then be able to upload ALL the names and address in the combined guest list.
Is there a way of
1) Adding names/Address Books to a joint event whilst proventing access to that list.
2) As many of the members of my address book are on all the others address book .. making sure that each person does not get the same invitation SEVERAL times. ie taking out duplicates.

Thanks

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the suggestions.

Currently we don't have a way to keep guestlists for a multi-promoter event separate and private, though I think it's a very interesting idea and warrants further exploration.

Duplicate invites are prevented automatically- if you attempt to invite someone who's already been invited, you'll be prompted to confirm that you do in fact want to invite them again.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Larry
