| Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see a way to email someone from this application as an individual. I'd like to thank respondents as they reply, but there's no way unless I pull their name from my Outlook and send through personal email. Shouldn't be that hard! |

Hi Gail,
Thanks for your question. Would a link from the guest list that triggers your Outlook to start composing a message to a guest satisfy your needs? Larry |

| I just now found the response mechanism -- sorry about the other message. In case you didn't get it, what I said was that it would be great for the guest to see what they wrote along with the reply (like this), regardless of whether it was through this program or Outlook. I really like this application -- thanks for your hard work! |

I'm with Gail. Not stupid, very internet savvy, work in the biz myself but I found it took too long to find a way to easily email invitees individually. Also, most invitees asked 'Can I bring something' in the response email I received but there was no way to respond from the email. I realize the reply to on the email has to be socializr but how about adding a link in the email to mailto the invitee directly? |

Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for your feedback. We're going to change the Reply-To behavior on RSVP notifications to remedy the problem you've described. Thanks for pointing this out- it's a good catch. Also, in the next release, email addresses displayed on the Response Tracker page will be clickable. Clicking on an email address will initiate composition of an email message with the event name in the subject line. This should provide a suitable solution for the initial problem described in this thread. I'll give you guys another update once the changes have been applied. Please don't hesitate to post again if you have further comments or suggestions. Cheers, Larry |

We just updated the site with these new features:
1) On the Response Tracker page, guest email addresses are now hyperlinked. 2) The reply-to on RSVP notifications is now set to the guest's email address, rather than Socializr. |

To email a single invitee:
1) Go to your event page 2) In the right hand column click 'Event Statistics' 3) At the top of the Event Statistics page click 'Response Tracker' 4) From there you will see all of your guest's emails listed. Click on any email address to send a message to that guest. |

| I really would like to be able to send messages to individual guests from Socializr instead of going through outlook. |
