This is my first and last time using Socialzr. I am definitely disappointed at the difficulty I'm having with managing my guest list on Socializr. However, the reason I won't be coming back is the incredibly poor support. I posted to the Help forum last Wednesday and there has been no response to my question, no requests for clarification, no nothing. However, I can see that other users who posted before and after me have received prompt responses, even multiple responses! This leads me to conclude that my posted question must have been read, and then simply ignored. I'm frankly astonished--when you're an underdog, as Socializr is with respect to Evite, you have to provide *superior* service and support, and you need to exceed customer expectations. Socializr provided me no service or support and has failed to meet even low expectations. Mon 11/3/08

Sorry we missed you the first time through- usually forum posts receive a response the same day, often within an hour of being posted.

Occasionally one does fall through the cracks, as was the case with yours.

It looks like Jonathan has been working with you to resolve your issue. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do.
